Description

X-ray presentation of Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia in an infant who presented with rapid respirations and decreased oxygen saturation. Subsequent lung biopsy demonstrated characteristic organisms in pulmonary tissues. An HIV test yielded a positive result.
